Adam C. Lipetz grew up in Columbus, Ohio, where he went on to receive his Bachelor’s Degree from the Ohio State University in the pre-law honors program. Adam then attended law school at the University of Illinois. While there, Adam was an active member of the Public Interest Law Foundation and Criminal Law Society, and participated in mock trials. Along with his Juris Doctorate, Adam earned a Pro Bono Notation for over 400 hours of pro bono work, including participating in the Domestic Violence Clinic, where he worked on family law matters such as divorces and orders of protection.

Before entering private practice, Adam devoted over a decade of his career to public service, working first for the Illinois Attorney General and then for the Will County State’s Attorney. In his practice, Adam handled complex civil litigation in cases involving personal injury, constitutional law, quasi-criminal prosecution, and child support enforcement. He also served as counsel to various public bodies and employees.

As an associate at Reich, Jumbeck, Stole & Reeb, Adam focuses on family law issues such as divorce, property division, child support, and child custody issues such as allocation of decision-making and parenting time. Adam also serves as a Guardian ad Litem.
