Rachel Provenzale earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Loyola University Chicago before earning her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. During law school, she was a member of law review, interned at The John Marshall Law School’s Pro Bono Clinic, and clerked at a large insurance defense firm, where she gained valuable experience in legal research, writing, and litigation.
After admission to the bar, Rachel spent several years in eDiscovery, serving as an Associate Consultant of Review and Analytics, where she managed document review and analytics for large class action litigation. Her experience in eDiscovery provided her with a strong foundation in managing complex data, evaluating large volumes of information, and understanding the critical role discovery plays in litigation.
As an Associate Attorney at Reich, Jumbeck, Stole & Reeb, Rachel has transitioned her focus to the practice of family law and serves as a key member of the firm’s discovery team. Her prior eDiscovery experience has been instrumental in her current role, allowing her to efficiently manage discovery matters, identify relevant information, and develop effective discovery strategies tailored to each case. She oversees the discovery process while leveraging her background in litigation support, technology, and document analysis to provide clients with thorough and effective representation.
Outside of her legal practice, Rachel is a devoted wife and mother. Her commitment to her family gives her a unique perspective and a deeper understanding of the challenges families may face during times of transition. Rachel brings this compassion, empathy, and personal dedication to each client she serves.
