Divorce is more than just a process. It involves mastering the ability to successfully tackle one’s fears and march forward, less ashamed and scared with every step. My commitment is to represent clients compassionately and fervently in order to obtain the best possible outcome for their individual case.
Brian M. Wojowski, a dedicated resident of Will County with roots in Homer Glen, is deeply connected to his community, having attended grammar school in the Homer School District and graduated from Providence Catholic High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Calumet College of St. Joseph in Whiting, Indiana, and began his career as a police officer with the Chicago Housing Authority Police Department before transitioning to the New Lenox Police Department. As an associate attorney at Reich, Jumbeck, & Stole, L.L.P., Brian dedicates his practice to family law, representing a wide range of clients, including business owners, executives, professionals, and their spouses. Brian handles various family law matters, including child custody and visitation, child support, maintenance, divorce, property division, complex financial issues, tax consequences, adoptions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, restraining orders, civil no-contact orders, and orders of protection.
In addition to his legal practice, Brian is actively engaged in local governance as an elected Village Trustee for the Village of Plainfield, Illinois, a role he has held since 2015, further underscoring his commitment to community service and leadership.
