RJSR Partner, Tim Reeb, Obtains Reversal of Trial Court’s Decision

RJSR Partner, Tim Reeb, recently obtained a decision, on behalf of his client, from the Second District Appellate Court. In the case, In re Marriage of Moehring, 2025 IL App (2d) 240071-U , the Appellate Court reversed a Kendall County Trial Court Judge’s decision. Specifically, the Appellate Court found that the trial court erred in finding Mr. Reeb’s client in contempt regarding a dispute over college tuition expenses; erred in not requiring consent forms to be signed by all parties for parental access to the parties’ college transcripts; and violated Mr. Reeb’s client’s Due Process Rights.
